Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed R_egardless of your role type, collaboration and innovation are critical to our business and all employees will have access to digital tools so they can work with colleagues around the world – and access to Collins sites when their work requires in-person meetings_
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to implement and raise awareness about HR programs which support the business goals and produce results in a complex matrix environment
Assist with projects and assignments related to annual HR processes (including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Performance Impact, Leadership Development Reviews, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement surveys).
Communicates with parties inside and outside of the HR function
Establish, maintain, and optimize HR business processes to best meet business and employee experience objectives (headcount planning/reporting, employee experience transformation actions, career pathways development, performance evaluation process, etc.)
Address HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees
Supports and manages elements of diversity, recruiting and retention strategy, efforts and programs.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a US Citizen
