This role will support HR Partners in Interiors Services and Support Operations Team in Fairchild Road, Winston-Salem, North Carolina on projects and initiatives on improving leadership and employee experience. The role will be an onsite support interacting with leaders and employees across different functions within Spares and Distribution, Repair Station, Materials Management.
Conducts data analysis on employee and leadership surveys and engage in employee and leadership development discussions and planning.
Develop program to support people leaders on how to improve "everyday leadership" and employee experience across multiple levels (hourly, salaried, management positions).
Collaborate with other HR interns and HR professionals and benchmark best practices on employee engagement activities.
Conduct focus group discussions with employees to gather feedback on their current experience and work with leaders on forming action items based on information gathered.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
