The Raytheon Technologies (RTX) team is seeking Infrastructure DevOps/DevSecOps Engineers. The DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting DevOps/DevSecOps solutions as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in an Agile development cycle for our programs as we develop our modernized systems.
The ideal candidate will join the RTX team and collaborate with other organizations such as Software and Systems Engineering to implement best DevOps/DevSecOps designs and practices. This role may also mentor junior team members, execute/assist trade studies, develop prototypes, and prepare and present technical Information to an audience.
Note: This position is hybrid. Most of the work can be done remotely, however, the candidate must be able and willing to drive into the factory location in Aurora CO to support design test and selloff. Additionally, support for the project may require travel (<10%) to support at the customer facilities in Boulder Colorado, Buckley AFB (Aurora CO), or Schriever AFB (CO Springs).
Responsibilities Include:
Clearance requirement: The ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Typically requires BS/BA Degree and 5 years of related work experience. A Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) degree preferred.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $152,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
