    Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) is seeking a motivated Integration & Test (I&T) System Engineer with experience in Mission Management (MM). In this role, you will work as an Integration & Test (I&T) Systems Engineer executing work on the right side of the Systems Engineering V. Also, you will work with an amazing team of talented system and software engineers who are leading the industry in ground system solutions.  Systems Engineers provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software development teams & test personnel, perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement validation and verification. Systems Engineers support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning / development, interface with personnel from other organizations, and represent the program at technical interchange meetings.   The TE will assist in the documentation and definition of all Test and Integration events. The TE must have a clear understanding of all test related requirements, interfaces, and test results.  The successfully candidate will have the ability to track and gather artifacts and analyze results.

    Your responsibilities may include any or all the following:

        • Support defining external and internal interfaces

        • Managing and maintaining assigned documents in accordance with established systems engineering and configuration management procedures

        • Generation and Execution of Test Procedures

        • Providing clarification of requirements to the software development team

        • Supporting the SEIT team in preparation and conduct of program reviews (e.g., FQT)

        • Completing assigned tasks to meet program schedule milestones

    SEIT experience with DEVOPS and Agile.  Will be creating/setting up an automated test environment and then performing req sell-off by developing automated Tests of existing/new procedures using Cucumber and other automated test tools. Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a SAP Clearance.

    Required Skills:

    Ability to work onsite in Aurora, CO

    Strong understanding of RTX process, including Jira and Confluence

    Self-starter, works well with minimum supervision.

    Comfortable engaging with senior technical leadership

    Strong organization skills

    Excellent team player

    Experience creating/setting up an automated test environment.

    Experience with generation and execution of Test Procedures

    Experience performing req sell-off by developing automated Tests of existing/new procedures using Cucumber and other automated test tools.

    Proven written and oral communication skills.

    Good knowledge of system level architecture and interface development

    Existing DoD TS/SCI is required with current investigation.

    Ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP)

    Desired Skills:

    Development experience on a government contract

    Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps development methods

    Understanding of automation techniques

    Experience with containers and pipeline

    Experience with Python

    Experience with Cucumber

    Experience leading a diverse engineering team.

    Experience working in a multi-discipline environment.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree is required. STEM degree is preferred. Along with 5+ years of relevant experience - OR

    Master’s Degree STEM preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience.

    The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
