Job Summary:
This role will be a part of the Digital Operations directorate, within the Digital Technologies organization. The role will be a part of the Engineering Support Services team, in the El Segundo location, focused on the following tasks:
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation on installation, configuration, and deployment of engineering software applications.
Assist the closed area support/deployment team by researching technical issues, gathering relevant tools and their dependencies, downloading software, and obtaining licenses from the Tools SMEs.
Assist with technical support and maintenance of various engineering software applications, including tools for mechanical, electrical design, and software development projects.
Help install and configure engineering tools and applications on Windows an Linux operating systems.
Support the deployment of software updates and new application versions.
Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, compatibility, and user errors.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Actively enrolled sophomore or higher by the start of Summer 2025 and pursing a bachelor's or advanced degree in the field of STEM; Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Analytical skills in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action
Ability to build effective relationships through partnering and collaboration.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
