Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Program Cost Analyst. This position contributes to a team of intermediate to experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, meeting objectives and working with team members on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of forecasts and performance of financial modeling to develop recommendations for management. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents

• Incorporate regular status and ETC updates based on inputs from CAMs

• Assist, as needed, the Program Earned Value Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks

• Support Program Reviews 

• Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) 

• Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) 

• Cost capture focal; provide actual spend data weekly 

• Establishes / maintains program cost baseline 

• Measures performance against baseline 

• Lead program teams through month end process 

• Data reconciliation with accounting system and project schedule 

• Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting 

• Collaborate with financial planning, pricing, and contract peers to status government funded projects

• Generate & present quarterly financial and earned value performance data to Mission Systems leadership 

• Ensure compliance to Mission Systems EV System Description 

• Liaison with government and internal EV auditors 

• 10% Travel 

Qualifications/ Experience Needed: 

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• SAP Experience preferred 

• Prior Government Contract experience is preferred

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
