    Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the MMS portfolio.  Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and earned value and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with one or multiple projects.  We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.  In this role, you will have opportunities to work in a self-guided manner as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering.  Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.

    Responsibilities may include the following assignments:

    • Data extraction and reconciliation
    • Labor and cost transfer submittals
    • Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
    • Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
    • Assist in monitoring costs and personnel; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
    • Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
    • Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.

    Required Skills: 

    • Minimum of 2 years of Finance/Data Analysis experience
    • Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
    • Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
    • Possess good oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and work quality
    • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls
    • US Citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and current SSBI clearance

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
    • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment
    • Candidates with the appropriate experience, but without a current SSBI clearance may be considered

    Education:

    Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

    The preferred location for this position is State College, PA. Qualified candidates from Aurora, CO, Richardson, TX and Sterling VA will be considered.

    The salary range for this role is $57,000.00 to $115,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
