    Position summary

    rking closely with Finance and Program Leadership. This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge, excellent communication & relationship building skills, and can support (and train) more junior finance peers in day-to-day responsibilities.

    Required Skills:

    5+ Years of Related Experience

    Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and process improvements

    Creative problem-solving skills: individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings

    Work independently under limited supervision. Ability to contribute to the successful completion of major projects or processes

    Demonstrated strong mathematical and analytical skills

    Experience training junior financial analysts

    Desired Skills:

    Defense industry experience

    Program Controls experience

    Required Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

    Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

    May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or

    systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

    prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

    Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a

    minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
