Job Summary:
The SHORAD Finance team within the LW&AD (Land Warfare and Air Defense) Mission Area has an immediate need for a lead analyst to support various new contract. Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills and have a strong understanding of Earned Value Principles and Processes.
You must be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic and strong desire to learn while being aggressively challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with various levels of management. This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Business Manager, and customer representatives from the finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating, and financial objectives. In this role you will be a strategic business partner to various functional teams and works in collaboration on the successful execution of gate reviews, contract modification negotiations, financial reporting, and EAC’s.

This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote or onsite) capacity; based on the needs of the business. The Program team resides predominantly in AZ, MA or TX. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to these locations.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Lead and develop a team of program controls analysts
Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews and other financial reporting activities as required
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
Support preparation of cost CDRLs including Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs) and Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR)
Support the monthly forecast / close process
Support the development of the annual operating plans (AOP) and five-year strategic operating plan
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
Typically requires 8 years finance/accounting work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years applicable work experience
Experienced user of SAP, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent systems
Must be commutable to an RTX facility within Arizona, Massachusetts or Texas
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:

Active Secret Clearance

Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management)
Experience with Estimates at Complete (EACs)
