Collins Aerospace is seeking a candidate with project management experience to help the WLOX Program Manager with day-to-day programmatic operations for ESOC.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Charter and lead the Program Integrated Product Team (IPT) through all phases of the program management process
Ensuring the successful achievement of all deliverable outputs and customer requirements.
Implement Integrated Product Development (IPD) and serve as the single point of authority for new product development and introduction.
Work with IPD leads to resolve technical and contractual issues, prioritize work, allocate resources, and understand financial variances.
Comply with program management standard work and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate program requirements, cradle-to-grave, across planning, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and test stages in a matrix organization utilizing multiple engineering disciplines and several subcontractors.
Work with the designated Project Engineer to ensure Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is current with the latest plan.
Implement the Program’s EVMS, Analysis & Reporting Plan. Conduct performance variance root cause analysis and ensure corrective action is implemented. Ensure schedule compliance, and that program costs are aligned with the budget.
CAM responsibility for critical projects. This includes interfacing with other Collins functions such as the technical project engineer, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. to ensure proper issue escalation, forecasting, and reporting
Identify and monitor resources required to fulfill program objectives and coordinate requirements with the site and functional management.
Act as a central point of communication and escalation from project team members, vendors, customers, management, and others impacted by project activities.
Responsible for program performance reporting; issue escalation; information distribution; metrics/KPIs; compliance; financial management; PMO performance management.
Develop executive-level communications and presentations for internal executive management and customer reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with NASA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per NASA’s regulation SUBPART 1835.5 Drug-Free Workforce
