The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will work with the production support manufacturing engineering team of aerospace application temperature and speed sensors to gain a perspective of working in a high pace, highly regulated manufacturing environment. Intern will be responsible for the completion of a well-defined process improvement project within an appropriate timeline to allow implementation prior to completion of internship as well as day-to-day production support engineering tasks to include analysis, documentation, and problem solving of production processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Intern will scope and complete one low complexity process improvement project.

• Intern will work within a team of engineers to complete day-to-day production support activities

• Intern will work with a team of cross-functional engineers to accomplish the above stated activities.

• Intern will be expected to keep a regular onsite schedule conducive to a manufacturing environment.

• Intern will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while supporting production.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
