The Durable and Perishable Manufacturing Tooling Order Planner will have exciting front-line experience with Manufacturing Engineering, tooling designers, tool room associates, and other members of their assigned site(s). You will play a vitally important role that coordinates activities between these functions to execute tooling reference packages/check-off lists in accordance with standard work. You will also ensure compliant reference packages are processed in a timely manner for our tool rooms or external supply base manufacturing.

Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:   

• Preparation of all tooling order reference packages.
• Evaluate and review each tooling order and ensure that order requirements are in accordance with applicable standard work and Pratt & Whitney’s Tool Design Manual.
• Maintain applicable department metrics.
• Participate and adhere to cross-training practices to broaden your expertise and overall business process capacity across the Module Centers & Operations (MC&O) organization.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, Raytheon Technologies policies, import/export regulations, standard procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitors and records orders using prescribed standards to support MC&O needs.
• Responsible for certain delivery assurance activities to ensure orders are placed in support of MC&O need dates.
• Comfortable with escalating concerns to leadership for resolution, if needed.
• 5%-10% travel.

Basic Experience/Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, ORAn Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 years of experience

• Experience in one or more of these areas: Compliance, Quality, Supply Chain Procurement, Supply Chain Business.

• US Citizenship required due to contracts

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Office 365 experience (e.g., Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).

• Must demonstrate data analysis capability and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Knowledge of Global Trade Compliance requirements is a plus.

• Experience with SAP.
