Collins Aerospace is seeking a Master Scheduler to be responsible for the development of standardized scheduling processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of materials planning resources to meet customer delivery expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops strategies for materials planning and SIOP related to Master Scheduling.

• Responsible for the master schedule at the operational site in Riverside.

• Responsible for identifying input changes that enable visibility to short and long-term schedule changes. Identifies appropriate demand streams and establishes data relationship linkages.

• Works with the Contracts department, Operations, Program Management, Materials, SIOP and Site leadership to develop scheduling forecasts.

• Works with manufacturing team and develops monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.

• Identifies and develops improvements to standard work and tools to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliability.

• Responsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.

• Responsible for the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.

• Establishes clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for Master Scheduling.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR

• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR

• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Prior and/or current Material Planning, Production Planning or Master Scheduler experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management tools, MS Project preferred

• ERP, SAP preferred

• Lean/Six Sigma, green belt or higher

• APICS

• High mix-Low volume projects

• Demand planning/forecasting

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
