Material Handler II ($3,500 Sign-on Bonus!) - Onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage administrative functional support to the shipping/receiving and material kitting departments.
• Ship goods and verify items against import/export requirements where applicable.
• Develop strategy and perform all cycle count and inventory activity to maintain accurate inventory counts
• Work with International Trade Compliance (ITC) on inbound and outbound material, into and out of designated Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) and ensure proper paperwork is filed with Customs by Collins' and/or by freight forwarders leveraging bonded carriers.
• Perform SAP transactions as required for parts being purchased, received, shipped, and kitted to and from inventory.
• Record shipped & received items according to established system procedures.
• Label and process transactions according to established procedures.
• Ensure the completion of all paperwork relating to the shipment of goods..
• Work with engineering and support teams to develop and support innovation to improve accuracy and efficiency of receiving, stock, and shipping operations
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• SAP or equivalent MRP/ERP experience required
• Organization skills required
• Good communication skills required
• Inventory management experience required
• US Citizenship/US person required
