    Job Description:

    Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong and proven successful background in Supply Chain and Program Management to fill a critical Material Program Manager (MPM) role supporting the HACM (Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile) Program.

    The candidate for this position will be accountable for Supply Chain Activities supporting the HACM Program. This individual must be a self-starter, capable of supporting and executing organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management. In this role you will leverage Supply Chain, technical knowledge, and process capability expertise to improve HACM supplier performance and support. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering and Quality to drive Raytheon requirements to suppliers.  You will be accountable for ensuring suppliers to HACM are supporting Program needs, risks are mitigated, and efficiencies identified. You will be the catalyst for program execution of the Supplier Engagement Strategy activities.  You will ensure requirements are prioritized appropriately and made visible to the team, Program and leadership.

    Responsibilities to Anticipate:

    Lead all supply chain activities supporting HACM program.

    Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with the goals of the business and supply chain organizations.

    Support execution and reporting of material and labor budgets, sales, contributing to monthly forecasting and quarterly EAC inputs.

    Serve as a key contributor in an Integrated Program Team environment.

    Update and execute Material Program Plan

    Support Customer, Supplier and Program Reviews

    Execute make/buy/where process.

    Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives.

    Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs

    Collaborate with supply chain functions for support.

    Qualifications you Must Have:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar is required..

    At least 8 years of progressive professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance and/or Supplier Management is required.

    Commitment to obtain MPM certification after experience in the role.

    A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point)

    The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications we Value:

    Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar

    Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance. Last full background investigation within the past 6 years.

    Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment.

    Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier management.

    Must be able to succeed in the high stress, fast paced environment of development.

    Excellent time management skills and the ability to assign the appropriate priorities to the many tasks that they will be required to perform.
