    Position Role Type:

    Remote

    This role will be responsible for working directly with the Integrated Product Team Leads / CAMs, Program Managers, the finance manager, and the scheduling team to care for the Earned Value Baseline for major programs. This team member will understand all aspects of business program implementation and will be instrumental in the implementation of EVMS process/tools, quarterly EAC compilations, and will support activities associated with weekly / monthly reporting.   We're committed to fostering mentorship and career development for our team members.

    This team member will support the quarterly EAC process for the Missile Track Custody program for both internal and external customers. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are an excellent communicator. You will work in frequent collaboration with others.

    Required Skills:

    • 5 Years of Related Work Experience
    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
    • EVMS Experience
    • Excellent Excel Skills
    • U.S. Citizenship status required

    Desired Skills:

    • Ability to effectively analyze EVMS data and communicate information to program leadership.
    • Utilize effective leadership and organizational skills in centering stakeholders toward a common finance goal by setting priorities and working within EVMS Cadence deadlines.
    • Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools
    • Autonomously create and accurately analyze financial data
    • PRISM/MRP experience
    • Ability to obtain TS and/or SSBI clearance

    Required Education:

    Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

    Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

    The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
