Position Role Type:
This role will be responsible for working directly with the Integrated Product Team Leads / CAMs, Program Managers, the finance manager, and the scheduling team to care for the Earned Value Baseline for major programs. This team member will understand all aspects of business program implementation and will be instrumental in the implementation of EVMS process/tools, quarterly EAC compilations, and will support activities associated with weekly / monthly reporting. This team member will support the quarterly EAC process for the Missile Track Custody program for both internal and external customers. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are an excellent communicator. You will work in frequent collaboration with others.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with 5+ years related work experience OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with 3+ years related work experience.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
