Are you an Engineer looking for a unique and exciting opportunity developing future Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities?
The National Team-Engineering (NT-E) program’s System Engineers define, characterize, and develop and document MDS capabilities through work in several areas of systems engineering.
Join this highly visible team and perform technically challenging assignments which will directly contribute to protecting our nation and our war fighters.
We value diverse skills and experience, so don't hold back. Your qualifications could add tremendous value to our team. Our customers come from all different backgrounds, and so do our employees. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Do you enjoy System Architecture and Requirements Development?
The NT-E System Concepts & Requirements (SC&R) Product Team leads architecture and requirements development activities that define, characterize, and develop and document MDS capabilities in the form of architectural framework updates, system-of-system functional and performance requirements, change notices, interface control documents, technical papers and briefings, performance models, and complex requirements traceability efforts.
Do you have experience in Systems Modeling and Analysis?
Engineers working on the SC&R Performance Requirements Team or the Integrated Discrimination Team will perform MDS performance analyses utilizing large-scale complex MDS Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools. Support system engineering performance and discrimination products for MDA. Engineers are also responsible for developing, updating, and benchmarking/anchoring MDS M&S tools to support system level analysis and discrimination tasks. Engineers will coordinate analysis activities and products with functional group leads, senior management, and government personnel responsible for executing analysis tasks.
