Job Summary:

• Must perform daily walk around of equipment and inspection area and be capable of troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Responsible for signing off product inspection.
• This position will work directly with the inspection department.
• Must be able to work all shifts.  You will normally train on a different shift then you are assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• NDT stands for Non-Destructive Testing
• Training and/or education in Quality processes or its equivalent, including on the job training in NDT inspection techniques. Knowledge of KB and IRT Ultrasonic systems is preferred.
• Complete classroom theory, OFT and certification examination as required by Pratt & Whitney NDT qualifications.
• Responsible for signing off product inspected.
• Re-certification required at interval specified by Pratt & Whitney qualifications.
• Must perform daily walk around of equipment, maintain cleanliness of inspection area and be capable of troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Must be able to obtain NDT Certification within designated timeframe as required by Pratt & Whitney

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• https://U.S. citizenship is required, as only https://U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of manufacturing inspection or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be willing to work all shifts.

Additional Information:

• Must be a https://U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
