We are seeking an innovative and talented candidate that will provide support to a team responsible for maintaining and operating a high priority operational system at a high level of availability. This position will work within the Program which supports a proprietary customer with operational support to 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities:
This position functions as a scheduler, developing the daily plan, processes inputs from planners, engineers, Mission Planning Technical Advisor (MPTA) and government personnel. Responsibilities also include analysis of planning failures to determine root cause and provides corrective actions and solutions. This position also conducts training for entry level personnel; assists with developing and updating process procedures and providing test support when needed. The position is nominally staffed 10 x 4 covering a core set of hours from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. On occasion work time outside of the nominal time may be required to meet the nominal goals. The position is staffed 7 days per week requiring weekend shift duty. The schedules are rotated periodically.

An active and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraph
Desired Skills:
Basic understanding of Mission Planning, technical principles/theories/concepts of collection
Experience with collection management or familiarity with national level requirements
Understanding of LINUX
Typically Required Education:
Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) plus typically 5 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ of experience or equivalent experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $152,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills
