Starting Wage: $18.11

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Perform accepted surface preparation and coating methods and techniques.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, process routings, process descriptions, and specifications.  
• Transfer items to and from work area when needed.
• Use a hoist device to lift production units when necessary.
• Ability to work any designated shift including overnight  
• Designated accordingly to article painted when needed.  
• Paints articles using brushes and other methods, and will be required to use a spray gun and wear an air-supplied hood.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
• Experience with reading and interpreting prints, drawings, process routings, process descriptions, and specifications.
• Must pass qualifying and/or practical test.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

Additional Details:

_This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement.  Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement.  Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.
