Job Summary:

This position is a part of operations finance team in the Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Land Warfare and Air Defense (LWAD) division supporting PATRIOT Radar Integrated Product Team.  PATRIOT Radar has a wide range of Contract Types, Customers, and Deliverables.  The successful candidate for this position will support quarterly Estimate at Completes (EACs), monthly Earned Value Analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests, demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis, assist in financial recommendations, and communicate effectively while partnering with management.

This role is a hybrid role, a combination of onsite and remote location.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Perform financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define, understand, and explain monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions
• Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
• Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, LWAD Program Management Offices, Supply Chain, and Cross Business Teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in a related field or Master’s Degree in a related field
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite

Qualifications We Value:

• Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified
• Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system
• R6Sigma Specialist
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges
• Advanced Excel skills
• Operations finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
