SOCCENT AOR FSRs (Rotational, Part Time) TCC-FSR Program

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Part-time employee to work as a Technical Communication, Collection FSR (TCC-FSR) Field Service Representative in support of a DoD contracts providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCCENT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Mentor and advise senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs)Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)Provide sustainment training as needed on specialized technical equipment Coordination with RBT headquarters for specialized program support.  Positions will require CONUS and OCONUS travel, to include; Iraq, Yemen and Qatar.   

Preferred Skills:

Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI

Retired or former Special Operations soldier minimum of 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity

Recent combat experience, Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism goals, Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map PointAbility to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision.  Must be able to transport a 35 pound load with no assistance, CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, excellent motivation skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with administration, customers, and employees.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to significant knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Requires experience with Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) devices, Technical Audio Visual Surveillance devices, and tactical communications equipment. 

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
