The US Training Systems Engineering Team within ACTT is looking for a Principal Cyber Engineer to join our team as we provide technical excellence in a rapidly growing Air Combat Training market for system of systems requirements, design, verification, accreditation, and sustainment efforts. As a platform-level systems team, we have direct customer and end-user interaction and coordination across subsystem teams and stakeholders. YOU will advise Value Stream Leaders for inclusion of security technologies in strategic roadmaps supporting multiple programs.
YOU will collaborate across multiple agile teams as part of a customer facing systems team.
YOU will be responsible for development and integration support for advancement of Collins developed security technologies.
YOU will evaluate/contribute to technical proposals.
YOU will participate in the advancement of a product Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) system to address device certificate needs.
YOU will foster organizational adoption of Secure System Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
YOU will participate in cybersecurity focused industry committees and working groups.

Education & Experience:

Qualifications you must have:
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Previous professional experience with systems and software engineering principles focused on embedded Linux OS environment.
Previous networking experience (OSI Layers, protocols, etc.).
Previous cybersecurity experience.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
