    Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls professional to support a program within the Multi-INT Mission Systems and Operations portfolio.   We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.  In this role, you will have opportunities to work autonomously as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Finance.  Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.

    Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited, to the following:

    • Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation
    • Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program key team members and CAMs
    • Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) and Contractor Performance Report (CPR)
    • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested by management and others
    • Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts, and Estimate at Complete (EAC)

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
    • Active Top Secret-SSBI (or equivalent crossover) security clearance
    • Prior experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills and task flexibility
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with SAP, Micro-Frame Project Manager (MPM), ForProject, Winsight or similar tools
    • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations

    Required Education:

    Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

    The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
