Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform SAP Earned Value Internal and/or External Reporting.

  • Generation of weekly/monthly financial reports

  • Work with Program Managers to baseline new programs in accordance with company policies.

  • Prepare charts and financial data for monthly Program Performance Reviews

  • Support quarterly EAC process.

  • Prepare accurate bookings, sales, material, staffing, profit and cash forecasts.

  • Support unbilled collection analysis and activities for the business.

  • Support proposal cost and price estimating as needed.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Must have minimally 5 years professional financial analyst experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn processes and business systems quickly.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. https://U.S. citizenship is required as only https://U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge/professional experiences to include financial Earned Value experience.

  • Working knowledge of SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse and PMX

  • Experience with Business Planning Systems (RPlan)

  • Ability to work independently, and with team members across US time zones.

  • Understanding of company financial and accounting policies and procedures

  • Experience working in a matrix team environment with members at all levels of the organization.

  • Flexibility to deal with a wide range of work assignments.

  • Highly motivated team member with a positive attitude

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, or ability to get one.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
