Richardson, TX. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will be responsible for supporting the program Solutions Train Engineer (STE) and Business Owners (Program Manager, Chief Engineer and Technical Director) in managing the Agile Release Train’s (ART) processes and execution. The RTE will be responsible for facilitating the ART’s events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTE’s communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Clearance Requirements:
A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) https://U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior, relevant experience, OR an advanced STEM degree and 6+ years of prior, relevant experience.
An active and transferable https://U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. https://U.S. citizenship is required, as only https://U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent leadership experience
Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
