Job Summary
RMD Contracts has an opening for a Principal Specialist, Contracts in the Advanced Sensors, Program Area Directorate (PAD) within RMD’s Advanced Technology organization. This group focuses on key pursuits as well as development execution efforts that serve as the growth engine and front of the business, critical to the future growth of RMD. The individual in this role will be part of a team of Contracts professionals supporting pursuits and programs within the Next Generation Sensors (NGS) portfolio. The individual in this role will lead a mix of sole source as well as competitive pursuits, as well as execution efforts, with multiple DoD and prime customers.
The position will be well suited for a highly motivated, well-organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include developing creative approaches to solving problems while employing sound change management and communication skills.
Please note that this role is intended to be hybrid, working regularly both offsite and onsite for regular in-person engagement at RMD’s facilities in the greater Boston, MA area. Ratio for time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
