Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Principal Specialist Cost Analyst, IPP&C role. This role supports the ejection seat & propulsion business which directly supports the warfighter by ensuring the men & women who are born to fly, LIVE to walk away. Bottom line: this work matters!
This position offers an opportunity to grow technically and be part of a strong team. As an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Analyst you will be supporting a business with a strong backlog and significant growth projections. We are searching for an individual contributor to join the Mission Systems Finance IPP&C team in our Ejection & Propulsion portfolio. We are looking for someone with effective communication, analytical, and collaborative skills that enjoys working within a cross-functional environment. In this role, you would be part of a team of analysts, providing for program performance through detailed analysis and business insight to assist in program decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Program Management, and other members of the project team
Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations
Ensure program margin positions are current, accurate, and consistent with program status
Program internal and external audit support
Cost capture focal; provide actual spend data as needed
Establish and maintain program cost baseline
Measures performance against baseline
Conduct month end process with program teams
Periodic data reconciliation with accounting system and EV engine
Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting
Collaborate with financial planning, pricing, and contract peers to status customer funded projects
Generate & present quarterly financial and earned value performance data to Business Unit leadership
Ensure compliance to Mission Systems EVMS System Description
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP preferred
Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software (SAP, Cobra, EVMS forProject, etc) preferred
Business Management or Finance preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of MS Project
Program controls and EVMS background
Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts
Ability to travel and ability to obtain security clearance preferred

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
