Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Distributed Ground Systems (DGS) portfolio. Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with contracts in the DGS portfolio. In this role, you will have opportunities to work autonomously as well as collaborate and partner with key functional stakeholders such as Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. The candidate must ensure successful execution of the program through Earned Value Management (EVMS) including baseline generation, maintenance, Estimate at Complete (EAC) generation, proactive analysis, data review and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
