The customer support function within the Maintenance Data Engineering (MDE) organization is seeking a person that is Pratt & Whitney (P&W) and International Aero Engines (IAE) customer focused.  The position supports the distribution of technical publications required to maintain and repair our customer’s engines.  This requires daily interaction with our worldwide customers; field offices; internal personnel; and other customer support organizations throughout RTX.  This role is critical to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Excellent verbal and communication skills as well someone who is organized with the ability to shift priorities as required.  General (not technical) engine knowledge is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related work experience or an Advanced Degree and 3+ years of related work experience or a High School Diploma and 10+ years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally across a wide range of customer audience both internally and externally.
• Proven ability to think critically in demanding situations.
• Ability to work well independently with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to prioritize assigned work and shift focus to critical situations.
