Job Summary:
RMD division is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join the Advanced Sensors product line Finance team supporting classified and unclassified efforts.
This role is responsible for providing on-time data, in depth analysis, accurate financials, and a commitment to quality and timely execution to stakeholders. This role is a key business partner to the program offices and functions to support a portfolio of Advanced Sensors classified and unclassified programs.
The selected candidate must leverage proactive leadership ability to meet aggressive deadlines as well as multitask across a variety of programs and work with all levels of the organization. The candidate will develop and sustain effective relationships with the program office, functions, and Advanced Technology leadership team. Due to the classified environment, the selected candidate must also be willing to travel to numerous plant locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island on a continuous basis.

This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote or onsite) capacity and is determined by the needs of the business.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Provide lead finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization objectives for classified and unclassified programs
Lead the effort to complete quarterly Estimate-At-Complete for assigned programs
Partner with program managers and other functions to provide strong financial support and detailed analysis on several classified and unclassified efforts.
Participate in the preparation of forecasts, budgets and schedules for all contract work
Perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, headcount planning including Operational Workforce Planning (OWP), sales outlook, and variance analysis.
Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers and IOTs, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate.
Monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with contract line item detail.
Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs with focus on accuracy and on time delivery.
Review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues including Contracts-In-Process (CIP), work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the organization. Analyze revenue and profit risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested by management and others.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
Minimum 5 years of related work experience; OR an advanced degree and 3 years of related work experience
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations to drive program financial execution
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and/or reconciliations
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Proficient using SAP, PMX, BW, EDIT+ or similar system tools
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Top Secret). U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
