This is a multi-faceted Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) position, working in support of Special Programs. The candidate will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate will be required to routinely interface with all levels of management and government customers.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, 5220.22-M NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Industrial Security Guidance Manuals, and/ or Special Program Security directives.
Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
Develop, obtain approval for, and implement program-specific security policies, procedures, and documentation (i.e., Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc.)
Create, update, and administer Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA), to include program indoctrinations/debriefings and refresher trainings.
Conduct self-inspections and recommend/implement corrective actions.
Participate in Government Inspections and implement corrective actions.
Personnel Security/Program Administrative tasks: program access requests, personnel processing, visitor control, conducting internal program-related investigations, classified material accountability, dispatching, receiving/reviewing program documents and materials, and resolving other program-related security issues.
Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal/external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple program sites and business units.
Assist in presentation /preparation for program status and reviews (internal/ external)
Ensure program compliance with applicable federal and company regulations.
Manage Special Access Program (SAP) facility administration as it relates to accreditation packages, to include Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), Co-Use Agreements (CUAs), and TEMPEST assessments.
Ability to collaborate across a range of organizational levels, ranging from Individual Contributors to Senior Executives
Required Skills:
US Citizenship
Existing Top Secret security clearance eligibility and SSBI/PR within 6 years
Prior CPSO and/or Program Security experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and writing skills.
Ability to maintain a forward-facing, professional image.
Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts.
Ability to multi-task and operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to maintain tact, discretion, and diplomacy when interacting with all levels of personnel.
Ability to obtain/maintain necessary clearances/accesses as required by programs.
Desired Skills:
University degree (or equivalent) plus minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, OR Advanced degree in a related field plus minimum three (3) years prior relevant experience
Experience in Special Programs environment, with an understanding of all applicable federal guidance, to include the NISPOM and DoD Manuals
Advanced understanding of industrial security, typically obtained via a combination of advanced education and work experience.
Practical knowledge of project management, namely as it relates to program security.
Practical to substantial knowledge of Raytheon Technologies projects, programs, or systems, with the ability to leverage this knowledge and make enhancements in daily work.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 176,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
