The Process and Execution Support Team works across engineering functions and programs to develop, maintain and optimize the Engineering Processes.  Further we work directly with programs to implement process improvements and recovery action.  Additionally, we perform independent reviews and assessments and follow-up on actions to ensure programs are provided accurate risk assessments and best practices for solving their problems. 

The team is looking for a Process & Execution Support Staff member to assist in all these activities as well as lead projects prioritized by the Engineering LT and the Engineering Excellence Director.  The group works in an agile fashion picking up and resolving the highest priority tasking.  Candidates need to work well in an unstructured environment, be willing to express their opinions and expertise, work in accordance with customer schedules which span five timezones.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• 8 years experience in engineering related fields
• 8+ years experience leading teams
• 5+ year experience leading enterprise groups, matrix organizations or programs
• Experience working in an agile environment such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience leading change initiative with demonstratable success
• Experience writing and maintaining enterprise processes
• Earned Value Certification or equivalent
• Experience providing independent reviews of programs
• Travel up to 25% as needed for program support

Qualifications We Value:

• Extensive knowledge of agile metrics, what they mean and how to use them
• Experience creating virtual training materials and teaching engineers
• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with experience developing new products
• Experience leading process harmonization efforts
• Active SSBI

All candidates will be submitted for SSBI security clearance.  Failure to obtain clearance within 1 year will result in termination.
