    About oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST)

    RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity and performance. This will include several major, multi-year initiatives that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, operate and deliver to our customers to achieve our full potential. With processes optimized and harmonized, will reduce cost, effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.

    The oneRTX│PST project goals are to harmonize key business processes, associated tools and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform - SAP's S4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities.

    The strategic definition and design phase has primarily concluded and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases. oneRTX│PST project hubs are based out of Farmington, CT and Dallas, TX with Integration Workshops planned to be executed in Tucson, Tewksbury, East Hartford, Montreal, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte. Some travel will be required.

    Job Description

    The oneRTX│PST Organizational Change Management (OCM) team will be working to provide a structured and scalable approach to managing change for our employees. We create and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, training and sustainment. We increase user readiness and help mitigate risk to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

    We are seeking experienced leaders to drive the change management strategy across multiple workstreams. This is an opportunity to be a key player in a high-impact business transformation project that will shape the future of our organization. Each lead will provide change management leadership for one or more of the following process workstreams: Record to Report (R2R), Source to Pay (S2P), Plan to Deliver (P2D), and Order to Cash (O2C). They will partner with functional and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems, technologies and business processes, aligning with overall project goals.

    Ability to travel ~20-30%.

    What You Will Do

    Each Change Management Lead will work collaboratively across the OCM team and with our project integration partner in direct support of their respective workstreams to incorporate change management activities at every phase of the project lifecycle.

    Change Management Leadership:

    • Lead the change management efforts for one or more business process workstreams (R2R, S2P, P2D, O2C)

    • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training needs assessments

    • Collaborate with workstream owners, project managers, and other functional leads to align change management activities with project goals, objectives and milestones

    Stakeholder Engagement & Impact:

    • Identify key stakeholders for each workstream and manage relationships to ensure engagement, readiness and buy-in throughout the transformation process

    • Conduct impact assessments to determine change readiness and understand how program changes will affect key stakeholder groups

    • Facilitate discussions with business unit leaders and employees to address concerns, manage resistance, and encourage adoption of new processes

    • Work closely with other change management team members to ensure consistent messaging and coordination across workstreams

    Communications and Training:

    • Partner with the OCM Communications Lead to design and deliver targeted communication plans for each workstream, tailored to the needs of different stakeholder groups

    • Partner with the OCM Training Lead to ensure workstream-specific training is developed and delivered effectively

    • Act as a change advocate, ensuring that communication materials and training programs are aligned with the change management goals of the project

    Support and Monitor Adoption:

    • Build and manage a network of change champions across your area of responsibility to facilitate change at all levels, acting as key points of communication and support

    • Coach managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through change

    • Measure and track the progress of change adoption within each workstream, identifying risks and addressing gaps as they arise.

    • Collect feedback and adjust change management approaches to improve user readiness and adoption outcomes.

    • Provide ongoing support to business units during go-live and sustainment phases to reinforce new processes and system usage.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience (Business, Org Development, Change Management or a related field)

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation

    • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)

    • Experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

    • Strong understanding of one or more of the key workstreams and their impact on business processes

    R2R: Knowledge of financial processes such as Accounting, Inventory Costing, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax & Treasury

    O2C: Customer Management, Customer Relationship Management, Proposal & Program Management, Program Management, Customer Order Management, Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

    S2P: Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management

    P2D: Planning, Production, Aftermarket, Quality, Global Trade, EH&S

    • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational change at multiple levels

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

    • Experience with Strategic Planning and Strategy to Action activities

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions

    • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.

    • Experience working with in large, complex business environment with multiple landscapes and clients

    • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to integrate change management into broader project timelines and objectives

    The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
