    Oversees IPT performance to deliver quality product on time at committed cost.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads the Integrated Project Team (ITP) through the life cycle tents of the company’s Management System.
    • Accountable for the full lifecycle of programs, products and services from inception through completion
    • Accountable for managing the lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance and on-time delivery of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
    • Exhibit leadership behaviors that support Operation Excellence
    • Leads complex teams with some matrixed responsibilities over sub-system teams.
    • Recognized by team members and customers as an expert in Value Stream Leadership.
    • Manages large risks with meaningful financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications for the enterprise.
    • Develops internal and external networks and effectively communicates and motivates the team.
    • Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership regarded matters of strategic importance to the organization.
    • Establish target conditions for improvement supported by measurable driver measures.
    • Identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement ideas and methodology
    • Improve Value Stream performance by executing lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban, SIOP, 5S, and Kaizen while maintaining focus on Quality improvements.
    • To create and maintain an environment that encourages and supports change while maintaining compliance and protecting the business.
    • Develop a culture of teamwork and accountability both within the Value Stream and with all the business interfaces, leading and motivating the team.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience leading complex teams.
    • Experience in a consumer facing role.
    • Experience with CORE / Continuous Improvement
    • Experience coaching individuals.
