Compensation and Benefits:
$27.25 per hour starting rate (1.5x per hour after 8 hours per day)*
$1.85 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Schedule:
This position is for 2nd shift.
Monday - Thursday, 4: 00p.m to 2:30 a.m.
Overtime is available and/or mandatory on a business need basis.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of 8-12 people.
Help the team with problem solving by working with engineering, management, and other cell departments to apply real time problem resolution.
Maintain status of jobs leaving and entering cell
Maintain accurate inventory of cell.
Capture and record data of issues within cell
Be able to speak to the work of the cell to management during Tier meetings.
Read and understand manufacturing procedures and blueprints.
Follow written and verbal instruction.
Report all incidents to Supervisor.
Prepare work orders and data sheets for processing.
Periodically perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes included in aircraft component assembly.
Trouble shoot and solve basic production issues without Supervisor direction.
Actively support compliance with EH&S policies and regulatory requirements
Communicate professionally and effectively.
Efficient in training others
Run Tier meetings as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

The salary range for this role is $22.52 to $30.46; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
