Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an early in career finance professional to join the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) team as a Program Cost Controls Analyst supporting several UAE FMS programs within the Land Warfare and Air Defense (LWAD) Mission Area. As a key member of the UAE finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis for in-country Technical Assistance (TA) scope to help define and understand the monthly variances to budget and drive accuracy and predictability in quarterly EAC positions. This position will also assist with the initial baseline of the UAE Modernization contract and monthly EVMS reporting and analysis. This unique position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the large TA and PMO staff operating in the UAE through the RAYSEAS subsidiary.

This position is being offered in a remote capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will be expected to support the Eastern U.S. time zone.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
As a critical member of the finance team, this candidate will be responsible to support of financial control and compliance.
Perform monthly financial cost reconciliation and perform analyses to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-to parameters.
Complete quarterly EAC's, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in country operations
Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs
Manage all IOTs and revise as needed
Support initial baseline of the UAE Modernization contract and monthly EVMS requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
Typically requires 2 years relevant working experience
Experienced user of SAP or similar system

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
