Job Summary:
The Program Quality Lead (PQL) in LW&AD, will support the MFRFS program and work as a hybrid employee at our McKinney, TX campus. Responsibilities include promoting and executing against a strong quality mindset, practices, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. This individual will oversee implementation of Mission Area strategic quality improvements on the program’s sustainment contracts and will manage a team of matrixed reports.
This role will be the primary Mission Assurance interface for the customers and suppliers, ensuring the successful execution of all the Quality and Mission Assurance requirements of the program, and provide oversight and coordination to supplier quality managers supporting program requirements. The MFRFS program includes contracts in all IPDS phases, including design and development, production and sustainment.
The PQL will be responsible for leading a matrixed team of employees in support of MFRFS sustainment contracts, includes SMEs in Hardware Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance. This program will face challenges consistent with sustainment contracts requiring the Program Quality Lead to utilize advanced leadership and management skills to ensure all issues, challenges are effectively and efficiently driven to closure.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.
This position will also include a one-time sign-on bonus up to $40K for external candidates who currently have an active SECRET Clearance.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and six (6) years of relevant experience
Experience working with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Experience with performance to cost, schedule, and technical performance including Cost Accounting Methodologies (Earned Value)
Experience in providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
