The Program Operations Manager works across functional departments to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives, and improve processes (associated with assigned projects). You will be responsible for defining key metrics, creating dashboards, ensuring data accuracy through validation across functions – helping the program run efficiently and effectively. You will create the right communication patterns, protocols, and processes to enable the teams execute well together.
The Program Operations Manager will oversee operations across Finance, Planning, Contracts, Supply Chain, Configuration Management, Data Management, Risk & Opportunity Manager and Quality, in supporting the integrated product, cross product team leads and program director.
This is an onsite role located in Tucson, Arizona.
