Pratt & Whitney Commercial Support Equipment is seeking an Engineer with primary responsibility for PW1500G & PW1900G Assembly and Disassembly tools and Machine in Case Grind Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Project Management services for the design and manufacture of Assembly and Disassembly tools as well as Machine in Case Grind tools.
• Interface with the Process and Methods Engineering team, the tool designers in Development Operations and Aftermarket Services to ensure tools meet requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting services for technical issues with equipment during manufacture and while in the field.
• Provide overall technical customer support for both internal and external Customers, Customer Service Representatives and MRO shops.
• Answer Eagle Net cases
• Review and approve the release of technical communications, Supplier Engineering Changes & Tool Bulletins.
• Utilize process improvement skills in the execution to day-to-day operations.
• This position will require approximately 10% travel.

Baic Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering with 2+ years prior relevant working experience or an Advanced Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma and 10+ years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or engineering related work.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to read tool design Blueprints.
• Knowledge and experience with Jet Engine hardware operation as well as knowledge of engine systems, design and integration of component performance with the core power plant
• Direct knowledge and experience dealing with commercial airline customers.
• Excellent judgment and professional maturity
• The ability to create positive relationships and craft clear communication.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
