Project Engineer(New Grad)(Hybrid)

Working hybrid support the Advanced Oxygen Generator and Sabatier design teams performing engineering assistance activities of the following nature:

• Supporting Teams Action Item – status and closure activities

• Documenting meeting minutes including action item creation

• Support Design Review and Technical Interchange meeting preparations

• Support verification activities by securing and organizing objective evidence of verification compliance.

• Facilitate and coordinate IPD team activities under the direction of the Project Engineering Lead and or L4 Chief Engineer

• Obtaining status and elevate issues relative to purchase requests and purchase order latency

• Ability to input documents into the export classification tool to be assessed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience OR

• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Assertive, polite and facilitative demeanor that will tenaciously track and status action items and schedule items.

• Desire experience with DOORs, Winchill, and UTAS export classification tool

• Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions

• Organization and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (for both searching, filtering, pivot tables and formatting

• Excellent MS word and Powerpoint and OneNote skills

• Experience with inventory control and process improvement

• Strong time management and analytical skills

• Proven leadership skills

• Strong communication skills

• Trained ITC Focal with the ability to perform export classifications

• Basic Knowledge Windchill and CREO
