Must be a commutable distance from Jamestown, ND to work a hybrid schedule reporting on-site as needed. May be eligible for relocation.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run January -August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2024.

The role will report into the Engineering Program Office and support Military and OEM Customers. The position will work directly assisting the Program Chiefs leading the engineer design teams. This provides a unique opportunity to see what is involved in leading a development team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Part and fixture procurement for the development teams
Program slide deck support
Continuous improvement work on program processes (automating estimating template, linking functional task lists to estimating template, creating standard schedule templates)
Basic Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
