    Department Overview

    The Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE) organization develops innovative repair solutions for all P&W Commercial and Military jet engines in order to economically return the engine to service. Based on your qualifications, interest, and business need, ASE has positions available in three disciplines, Design, Project/Programs, and Structures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Repair Design - Part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team (IPT) to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured (OEM) parts.

    Repair Project/Programs - Oversees repair tasks to ensure they meet schedule, cost, and worked to the appropriate priority levels to support the individual engine programs/fleet.

    Repair Structures - Responsible for the structural assessments of repair tasks.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Engineering (aerospace, mechanical or related discipline) must be obtained between December 2022 – June 2023
    • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Self-motivated, driven and team-oriented
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 in any/all degrees
    • Ability to travel and relocate anywhere in the United States
    • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance*
    • US Citizenship required for this position.

    • Strong commitment and interest in a career within engineering
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a variety of challenges
    • Communicate effectively throughout a variety of levels within the organization
