This position's primary responsibility is to sell our suite of aviation products to commercial and cargo aviation providers. You will be responsible for prospecting for new business, developing & maintaining relationships with all clients, upselling, and closing deals. You will interact with operators from all facets of commercial aviation and aviation service providers. You will also work closely with tech sales, customer programs, and customer success teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage major airline accounts as assigned by management
Reach or exceed AOP goals
Reach or exceed New Business revenue goals
Become familiar with any new services offered by Commercial Aviation & Network Systems (CANS) and integrate them into the existing Sales portfolio
Grow Cabin Connectivity revenue
Identify new sales opportunities for long-term sales planning in addition to 2023 goals
Support other CAS business units outside CANS by identifying and coordinating leads
Support other Collins Aerospace business units outside CAS by identifying and coordinating leads
Perform market research analyzing competitive intelligence and helping to prepare marketing road map
Ability to travel around North America between 20-30% of the time
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant sales experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of sales experience OR
In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant sales experience is required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
8-10 years' experience working in aviation (commercial aviation preferred)
Strong critical / strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with Satcom connectivity (preferably in aviation)
Experience with developing and maintaining relationships with key airline personnel
Ability to manage a budget
Ability to work autonomously from a home office while staying proficient in company policies and services we sell

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
