    This role will reside at a U.S. Government facility and provide Program Security support to Raytheon contracts operating at the facility. The selected candidate will interface daily with contractor and government personnel. Will monitor, manage, and support security programs and provide status reports and recommendations for decisions. Will assist, collaborate, and coordinate with government and other contractor security offices and develop solutions conveying them to internal and external Customers. Will provide agency level technical expertise concerning the identified security disciplines. Will provide security guidance to contractors using DoD and IC regulations and requirements along with analyzing complex data and making appropriate program and security recommendations. Will prepare cost analyses for security projects. Will monitor security applications through the review and analysis of appropriate metrics, maintaining required records. Will prepare and disseminate security procedures/guidance. Will investigate and prepare impact statements, and provide recommendations on security/security violations, providing guidance as required in implementing security requirements. Will manage project milestones, along with updating and maintaining appropriate records (e.g. database and hard copy) of security actions. Will be required to prepare for and conduct inspections and assistance visits, as required. Will act as liaise with members of the DoD, the IC and other officials as required. Will interpret security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and control of classified materials, acting as liaison between Government and contractors. Inspect and maintain secure accreditation facilities in accordance with NISPOM and ICD 705 standards.  Will prepare both SCI and collateral materials for shipment IAW applicable security handling procedures. Will prepare outgoing classified messages on employees/contractor visiting other contractor or Government facilities. Responsible for risk management, conducting surveys and rendering impact statements or recommendations. Will prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external customers with ability to use various forms of correspondence. Will develop the required program/operation to support tasks/requirements. Must apply experience in supporting security concepts, principles, and practices to analyze and resolve difficult and complex security issues. Some travel may be required.

    Required Skills:

    • Must be a United States Citizen

    • Current Top Secret security clearance

    • Must have 5 years of applicable Security experience providing direct Program Security support and Security Program oversight to SCI programs

    • Must have expertise in one or more of the following Security disciplines; Personnel, Physical/Industrial, Information Systems, Program Operations

    • Must have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of NISPOM and ICDs

    • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    • Strong briefing and presentation skills

    • Ability to work closely and brief executives and all levels of workforce

    • Must have experience in writing security plans

    Desired Skills:

    • Self-starter and comfortable with Minimal Supervision

    • Strong proposal support capabilities--Experience writing proposal security volumes and security plans

    • Multi-tasking

    • Manage security Projects or processes

    Required Education (including Major):

    • Bachelor’s Degree (related to Security and/or Business Management preferred) or an additional 8 years of relevant experience.

    This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

    Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

    Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

    Typically requires:

    • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

    Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

    • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

    Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI&S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI&S roles. ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral Awarding.

    The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
