    We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Contracts to provide support for our diverse portfolio of programs with both internal and external customers. This position will be a key support function during customer interface contracting matters and will ensure that trust and cooperation are established and maintained.

    What You Will Do:

    • Develop proposals, as well as support administration for multiple contracts

    • Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) assessment

    • Support capture & proposal strategy, contract negotiation, customer engagement and collaboration

    • Analyze contract documents to identify contractual obligations, and support the recommendations regarding acceptance of modifications and terms & conditions

    • Identify and advise Program and Contracts Management of any contractual rights and obligations

    Skills and Requirements:

    • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional contracts or related experience

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), or the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and equivalent U.S. Government regulations

    • Some experience in supporting change management, requests for equitable adjustments (REAs), engineering change proposals (ECPs), dispute resolution and negotiations

    • ​Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, where prioritization is required to be effective

    • Strong MS Office experience with a focus on Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook-up)

    • Experience in various contract types including internal business transactions

    Desired Skills or Requirements:

    • Experience administering Department of Defense contracts

    • Active DoD security clearance

    • Proven record of responsiveness with excellent time management and organization skills

    Required Education:

    Typically requires a University degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or; 5 years equivalent experience without a degree.

    The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
