In anticipation of an upcoming contract award, RI&S is posting this opportunity
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Planning Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidates will have experience in analyzing various data and problems and developing recommendations and strategies to address those problems and maintain the program's continued focus on efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate with team members and customer to understand the needs of the mission and the customer
Contribute to the development and implementation of the operations’ strategy based on customer directions
Provide recommendations to optimize and improve business processes based on data analysis
Perform high-level analysis related to requirements and compliance to support the mission’s strategic goals, and other procedures and disciplines
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Experience in the Federal cybersecurity reporting and compliance requirement
Experience in financial oversight; development, communication, and maintenance of knowledge of financial policies
Experience in cyber security governance, risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery
Experience monitoring compliance with customer standards, policies, and procedures
Experience with task planning, profiling after action data analysis and resource management
Experience and a good working knowledge of business analysis processes
Experience in preparing reports and visual presentations and make recommendations for management and customer based on findings
Strong communication skills at all levels
Desired Skills:
Advanced knowledge and experience in visualization, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, or similar programs
Experience with process optimization and performance analysis
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience with the IC community
