l be responsible for working closely with the Program Business Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads (IPT), and Program Managers. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and expand their abilities in the finance and business management disciplines. You will be an essential team member performing program cost reporting, Earned Value Management, and financial analysis functions.
The position involves the generation of internal cost reports, monitoring and analysis of cost data and financial planning systems and resources, and compiling quarterly estimate at completion (EAC) for presentation to program and finance management.
This onsite position will require an onsite presence the majority of the time to support classified program teams and fulfill job requirements.
What You Will Do
Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting, development of quarterly EAC's.
Perform detailed financial analysis for functional area & product level cost element breakdowns to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions, process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR), and support the Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) process.
Ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems, support the program EV cadence in executing the earned value and EAC requirements of the program, support inquires and investigations into billing and funding questions/issues and other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related filed or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, conditional formatting, etc)
Experience with key financial tools including SAP, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Complete Analysis (EACs) or equivalent.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
