    This Senior Manager, CORE Certification, reporting to the central CORE Office, will oversee the management, enrollment, development and continuous improvement of the CORE Principle, Expert and Professional certification programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a learning culture, building strong partnerships, and seeking opportunities to tighten the connection of workforce development to business impact.

    This is a "Remote" role.

    What You Will Do**:**

    You will manage Certifications:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CORE Certification programs to include enrollment, development, completion, and post-certification engagement.

    • Oversees participant matriculation, program enrollment, engagement and completion rates.

    • Implements strategies to increase accessibility of the CORE Professional program as determined by business needs.

    • Provides reporting and data insight to track program performance, increase awareness of resources, and assess program effectiveness.

    • Prepares CORE Experts in Training for what to expect in onsite Cohort training, assigns to Coaching Teams,

    • Maintains skills inventory of the advanced certified community

    • Brings scalability to the deployment of CORE certifications through coordinating and supporting coaching teams.

    • Maintains COSMIC as the system of record for CORE Certifications and troubleshoots/resolves discrepancies with other organization data sets.

    You will be the Ambassador for the CORE Operating System:

    • Acts as a CORE OS representative on cross-functional teams and cross-business unit synergist opportunities to drive excellence across RTX

    • Promotes CORE certifications where it aligns to both business needs and workforce development

    • Contributes to the CORE Community of Practice to share information regarding certification programs

    • Consults leaders on how CORE Certifications may fit into their performance improvement plans

    • Partners with teammates to align intentional messaging with the CORE Community

    You will drive Continuous Improvement:

    • Conducts regular Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) on certification programs; continuously improves program to meet or exceed the dynamic need of our workforce and business

    • Methodically employs CORE methods to evaluate and improve CORE Certifications from varies stakeholder perspectives

    • Creates certification program standard work and contributes to organizational knowledge base

    Qualification You Must Have**:**

    • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field and ten (10) years' experience in the following areas;

      • CORE Expert or other equivalent certifications
      • Managing organizational wide training programs
      • Experience influencing stakeholders and working across the organization with proven communication, project management, and change management skills
    • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance within one year is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications We Prefer**:**

    • Experience guiding, training and coaching Lean and 6Sigma methods & tools

    • Advanced use of learning management systems

    The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
